Raw coils are precisely fed into the machine via an automatic loading system, and the equipment then automatically completes the shearing, barrel forming, and barrel body seaming processes in a seamless, one-step process.

The barrels are then automatically conveyed to an automatic welding machine, which precisely welds the seams, ensuring a strong and airtight seal. This not only improves production efficiency but also ensures consistent, high-quality welding for every barrel.

Automated Painting and Sealing

After completing the barrel body welding, the 18L Pail Production Line automatically feeds the product into a fully automated painting system.
